  1. Educational visit – Mapro Indusrty Pachagani, Ganesh Bakery Nandani, Nav

  1. Field Visit – Visits at different places throughout the year like maternity home,

                    medical shops, bakery unit, baby garment shop, play school, building

                  construction site, furniture house,

  1. Exhibitions – Display of articles prepared by our students of certificate and Degree  

                      course.

  1. Competitions – Rangoli, Mehendi, Hairstyle, Best from West, Cooking.
  2. Market Survey – building construction material, furniture and interior related 

                           material.

Departmental Courses:

1.  Modern Cookery - Under the scheme of   UGC program we have begin Modern Cookery the career oriented course.(COC) June 2012-2013.

2.  Fashion Designing course - It has been started for the college students as well as member of the society. 

TRAINING TO DEVELOPE ENTREPRENEURS SKILL - Weekly Training Is given to BA III Students for their entrepreneurship development in the Department.  eg. Preparation of a snacks menu and it’s sale among college staff.

Research Activities:

A Project Report entitled ‘A study of infant care awareness in Waliwade’ submitted to University Grant Commission under Basic Scientific Research Scheme (Period – 2012-13)

A Project Report entitled ‘Ill-effects of fast food consumed by students: A perspective studies’ submitted to University Grant Commission under Basic Scientific Research Scheme (Period – 2012-13)

Association Activities:

We arrange guest lecturers to uplift knowledge of oue students in different areas of home science curriculum.
